Biogas - What is it?

Biogas is a gaseous mixture of organic substrates, generated by anaerobic fermentation and putrefaction. Methane is the main energy source of biogas. By combusting the methane in the block-type thermal power station it is
transformed into energy, oxygen and carbon dioxide.
